1. Eligibility

Krikyadb is a betting and gaming platform for adults. To register and use the platform, the following conditions must be met:

• You must register using your own name and personal details — creating an account on behalf of someone else or using fictitious information is not permitted.

Each person may only register one account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts using the same mobile number, device, or payment method is automatically detected. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and all balances will be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

Keeping your login credentials, password, and OTP confidential is your responsibility. krikyadb will never ask for your password or OTP by phone or message. If anyone requests this information, contact support immediately.

• Use a strong password — a mix of numbers, letters, and symbols.
• Keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled — it significantly strengthens your account security.
• We recommend avoiding login from public Wi-Fi networks.
• If you log in on someone else's device, make sure to log out when you're done.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

Krikyadb currently supports deposits via bKash and Nagad, as well as bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. Funds are typically credited to your account balance within 2 to 5 minutes.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

To withdraw your winnings, you must first complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This only needs to be done once. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.

• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳5,00,000.
• To withdraw from a bonus balance, the applicable wagering requirements must be met.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a bonus on their first deposit. To claim it, you must complete registration and deposit the required minimum amount. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — a specified wagering requirement must be met first.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus comes with a wagering multiplier — for example, 10x means you must wager the bonus amount ten times over. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.

• There is a set time limit to meet wagering requirements — typically between 7 and 30 days.

5. Betting Rules

There are a few core rules to follow when betting on krikyadb. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — unless the event itself is cancelled or krikyadb identifies a technical error.

• If the odds change while your bet is being placed, the updated odds will apply — however, once the bet is confirmed, those odds are final.
• Real-time odds apply to in-play betting. Any attempt to gain an advantage due to a delay will result in the bet being voided.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake is generally refunded.
• Krikyadb reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds — in such cases, the stake will be returned to your balance.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on krikyadb and will result in permanent account closure:

• Involvement in or exploitation of match fixing or spot fixing.
• Placing opposing bets across multiple accounts or platforms to secure risk-free profits (arbitrage betting).
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Using multiple accounts or identities to abuse bonuses.

6. Responsible Gaming

Krikyadb believes that betting is meant to be enjoyable, and should never become a source of harm. That is why we encourage all members to make use of our responsible gaming tools.

6.1 Available Protection Tools

• Deposit Limit: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a defined break — from 24 hours up to 30 days.

These tools are available under the "Responsible Gaming" settings in your account. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing one requires a 24-hour waiting period.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

Any member may close their krikyadb account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

Krikyadb may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• False or inaccurate registration information.
• Creating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Prohibited Betting Activities.
• Use by persons under 18 years of age.

Before closing an account, krikyadb will generally give the member an opportunity to explain their position. However, in cases of serious violations, immediate action may be taken.

8. Changes & Updates

Krikyadb may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Members will be notified of significant changes in advance via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

The date of the latest update will always be shown at the top of this page. Previous versions of the terms no longer apply — only the most recent version is in effect.
